2018. The beginning of a new year. And whether I wanted to or not, the beginning of a new year always makes me think about goals I want to set for myself. Shiloh’s birth

Adalai’s Birth

What an amazing experience to be able to capture the birth of a baby. Dan and Mel were gracious enough to allow me in to their lives, to capture one of the most incredible moments they will ever experience. Their third child, the beautiful Adalai Grace, was born on April 29 at 1:48 a.m. Mel is an inspiration. Her labour was so peaceful and quiet, with Dan by her side, midwives Rose Anne and Mahnaz, as well as the amazing comfort and soft whispers of her doula, Teri.
